  • Kickboxing ~ each class is designed for the beginner to the more advanced.  They are approximately one hour long and are done 6 times a week. Times are posted above.
  • Pilates for the athlete-- Special form of Pilates' developed by the NFL to help players jump higher, run faster or hit the ball farther. Pilates' integration of the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle and emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment and smooth flowing movement allow athletes to access each part of the body individually, and become familiar with the functional mechanics.
  • Sculpt n toning-Strengthen your core muscles, tighten the buns and give you are great overall workout like you have never done before with a ball!!
  • Kids Turbo- They will learn and discuss healthy habits to start NOW! Then a 30+ min Turbo Kick/football drills/Hip Hop dance fun workout followed by a healthy snack. 

Most gyms offer this SAME class up to two times a week. The classes are jammed if you can even get a spot. That is how popular Turbo KickĀ® is! You are be guaranteed a spot in my class! If I ever become over crowded, another time slot will be developed!
