What is Fit Life Coaching?
Fit Life Coaching is a systematic approach to self improvement in fitness/exercise that helps people realize their full potential through exploration and self discovery. It is an excellent self improvement and personal development tool that can help you enhance all aspects of your life.
Coaching is a partnership or relationship built on trust and mutual respect between the Coach and Client.
The process is fun and exciting.
The first priority of the Coach is to listen and find out what the client is trying to achieve.
Once it has been determined that the client is ready to achieve this goal by taking action, the Coach will assist the Client in narrowing down and defining the specific goal.
After the goal has been clearly defined, the Coach and Client will work together to prioritize activities, develop a strategy, and set up a time frame to accomplish the goal.
Throughout the entire process the Life Coach is there helping the Client to brainstorm and explore new and creative ways to fulfill their life’s expectations.
Coaching relies on collaborative efforts and is highly goal oriented and success building. Life coaching provides clients with feedback, insights and guidance from an outside vantage point, yielding results that could not be achieved by the client working alone.
Life coaching is not to be confused with therapy or counseling.* Coaches are trained to recognize the client in need of services that cannot be addressed by coaching and to make referrals to appropriate specialists.
